•  All employees will adhere, be energized and live the credo and basic while employed by CPE 
• All employees shell take great pride and joy while on the job.
• All employees are an ambassador of CPE in and outside the workplace. Always speak positive about your company.
• All employees take care of their personal appearance.  Professional grooming standards are a must.
• All employees will successfully complete all training certifications for their position.
• All employees should smile, be friendly using name and making eye contact when possible.
• All employees will answer all calls when possible within three rings.  Returning all message within one hour.
• All employees are empowered to identify and resolve any defects throughout CPE.
• All employees (service specialists) are empowered to do anything legal, moral and ethical to solve customers needs.
• All employees are to communicate any concerns you’re not sure of to the appropriate personnel.  When in doubt, DON’T.
• All employees will practice safety at work whether in the office, traveling or at the customer’s location.  
• All service specialists will read and follow/adhere to the labeling of all products used.  “The Label Is the Law.”
