There is NOTHING funny or humorous when a customer is scared, frustrated or confused, when it comes to pest issues. They’re feelings are very real and we at Complete Pest Elimination take them very seriously.

Our company does NOT adhere to the philosophy that “There are plenty of customers out there; we can always get another one.” Complete Pest Elimination values every customer within our database. While no two people or companies always think in the same manner and there may be disagreements between the two from time to time. We at Complete Pest Elimination will do everything in our power to resolve the issue and keep our customers and keep them happy. Please note Complete Pest Elimination will NEVER do anything illegal, immoral or unethical.
Service: An act of helpful activity, help, aid; “To do someone a service” Work that is done for others as an occupation or business; An act of being of assistance to someone. Our company does NOT adhere to the philosophy that “I’ll get to it when I get to it, they’ll just have to wait.” Complete Pest Elimination realizes that pest activity of any kind is serious and will affect people’s lifestyle and business and the customers they service. While our contract states we have up to 24 hours to be on site for any call we are usually onsite 4 hours or less from time of contact. (Exceptions are made only if the service specialist is not in the area or is experiencing traffic congestion or prior arrangements have been meet between customer and service specialist.) Any pest company holding a state license should be able to resolve any pest issue that a customer may have. What separates Complete Pest Elimination from the rest of the industries is our commitment to service. The whole purpose for Complete Pest Elimination starting this company was because of people and companies suffering from pest companies having a lackluster and none caring attitude toward people and the customers they serve.
